This policy explains what Optimyzed collects when you use this website, why, and how to contact us about it. Optimyzed (formerly FOTO+ / PhotoPlus) operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and works with clients in the United States remotely.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, business website or company name, the challenges you select, approximate advertising, lead and appointment figures, and the assessment time you request.
• Chat messages: anything you type to the website assistant, including contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• Visit information: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and your browser timezone. We keep a record of your first visit source in your browser so we can tell which activity brought you here.
• Interaction data: where you click and how far you scroll on a page, recorded against a random session identifier. This does not include what you type into forms.

How we use it

• To respond to you and to arrange, confirm and prepare for an assessment.
• To review which sources bring suitable enquiries and which parts of the site or booking form cause difficulty.
• To answer your questions in the chat assistant.

Who processes it

Chat messages are sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate replies. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat or the booking form. Booking and enquiry records are stored in the website's administration system and are accessible to the Optimyzed team.

Your choices

The assessment form lets you skip any figure, answer "I don't know", or leave your phone number blank. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email info@bestoptimyzed.com. You can also clear your browser's site data to remove the first-visit record stored in your browser.
