About Optimyzed

We built Optimyzed to manage the commercial journey between marketing activity and revenue.

High-value service companies rarely suffer from a lack of tools. They suffer from disconnected work, incomplete customer information, slow handoffs, and marketing decisions made without the final business outcome.

Origin

Quotify exposed the larger problem.

Optimyzed began with Quotify: a lead intake and service-commerce system designed to help companies respond to inquiries with the right questions, approved pricing logic, contact verification where appropriate, and a clear next step.

Building Quotify made one fact difficult to ignore. Faster intake alone cannot repair inconsistent service information, weak campaign targeting, stale content, poor follow-up, or reporting that ends at the form fill. The journey had to be managed before and after the inquiry.

That led to the Optimyzed Agentic Marketing Department — a connected operating model that combines Discovery, Outreach, Authority, Demand, Quotify, and Revenue Intelligence.

Consistent information creates trust and better decisions.

Buyers, search engines, and AI systems all rely on evidence. Your service descriptions, location coverage, pricing logic, project details, case examples, expertise, policies, and answers should be consistent wherever they appear.

The experience matters as much as the information. A prospect should be able to find an answer, understand whether the service fits, provide the right context, and move to the correct next step without fighting the website or waiting in an unattended inbox.

Revenue Intelligence completes the loop. The result of the inquiry — qualified or mismatched, booked or abandoned, attended or missed, won or lost — should inform what the system changes next.

Managed AI, with accountable human judgment

AI performs the repeatable work. Specialists remain responsible for judgment.

Our AI agents can research search demand, draft pages, analyze calls, monitor campaigns, identify anomalies, compare outcomes, and propose changes. That creates leverage for our account managers and specialists, allowing them to manage more complex systems without reducing their role to manual production.

Their responsibility is operational judgment: Is the analysis sound? Is the recommendation aligned with more qualified, booked opportunities? Can the client realistically implement it? Does the risk require approval, escalation, or a human conversation?

Approved knowledge Customer-facing agents use approved business information, intent pathways, pricing logic, escalation rules, and claims.
Risk-based review New public claims, scripts, offers, budgets, and pricing decisions receive greater scrutiny than repeatable actions under approved rules.
Auditability Significant recommendations and changes are logged with their rationale, expected effect, and observed result.
Human escalation Sensitive, ambiguous, regulated, or high-consequence interactions move to a person.
Reversibility Changes are monitored. If a recommendation fails to improve the agreed metric or harms a guardrail, it can be revised or reversed.
The recommended sequence

We do not begin by selling six engines.

Understand the Commercial Journey

We document the buyer, services, markets, lead sources, intake process, qualification criteria, handoff, sales stages, outcomes, and operating constraints.

Baseline the Leakage

We identify where opportunities are lost and which measurements are trustworthy enough to guide a decision.

Design the First Controlled Intervention

We select the smallest implementation capable of improving the priority constraint and proving whether the change worked.

Govern and Learn

We review outputs, investigate exceptions, compare results to the baseline, and decide what to keep, revise, reverse, or expand.

Who We Serve

Designed for high-value service companies with a consequential next step.

Our first specialist market is U.S. home remodelers and estimate-led contractors. The same operating architecture can later support consultation-led and discovery-led services, provided each vertical receives its own pathway, terminology, compliance controls, knowledge, scoring, and handoff.

Good Fit
  • You sell a high-value service through an estimate, consultation, discovery call, demonstration, pilot, or proposal.
  • You already generate inquiries or have a valuable customer and prospect database.
  • Lead quality, response, qualification, booking, follow-up, or attribution is inconsistent.
  • You can provide sales outcomes so the system can learn beyond the first conversion.
  • You want a managed process and are willing to approve operating rules, not merely purchase another tool.
Poor Fit
  • You need a guaranteed ranking, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed number of jobs regardless of market conditions.
  • You cannot supply accurate service information or approve qualification and pricing logic.
  • You want high-volume automation without governance, compliance review, or brand control.
  • You cannot record what happens after a lead is handed to the sales team.
Proof before case studies

We will earn the case studies.

The complete service is new. We will publish client case studies after foundation deployments have enough data, a defined comparison period, and an evidence review. Until then, we show demonstrations, internal implementation records, original research, operating methods, and clearly labeled scenarios.

Leadership

Led by operators who understand marketing and business execution.

Named founder biography and leadership information — with verified operating experience and professional profile links — will appear here before launch.

Start with the leak, not the tool

Bring us the commercial journey, not a list of marketing tasks.

We will help identify which constraint deserves attention first and what evidence should determine the next move.

Practical findings. Clear priorities. No obligation to buy every engine.
