- Deposits: In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required before the commencement of services.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms are flexible and will be established according to mutual agreement during discussions with the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, content, and access to accounts or systems required for the successful completion of services. Delays in providing such materials may impact the project timeline, for which Optimyzed cannot be held responsible.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to any custom designs, content, or marketing strategies created by Optimyzed will be transferred to the client. Optimyzed retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information confidential, including but not limited to client data, marketing strategies, and access credentials.
7. Third-Party Services
Optimyzed may recommend or integrate third-party services such as analytics, hosting, or payment processing into your project. Optimyzed is not liable for any issues arising from third-party integrations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Optimyzed will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be billed for services rendered up to the termination date, and any unused prepayments will be refunded, except for non-refundable deposits.
10. Amendments
Optimyzed reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website. Clients are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
